Trauma-Sensitive Yoga

Stress Resilience and Burnout Recovery

This four-week therapeutic yoga series is designed to support those experiencing chronic stress, overwhelm, and burnout. Together we’ll explore compassionate, choice-based practices to connect with the body, regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and make space for rest.

Each session will include invitations for gentle movement, breath practices, myofascial release, restorative postures, and reflection. We will have the opportunity to be in community and connection as we explore the science behind stress and burnout and the embodied experience of healing.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.

All supplies (mats, etc.) will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
