Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-informed therapeutic yoga sessions are designed to support those experiencing chronic stress, overwhelm, and burnout. Together we’ll explore compassionate, choice-based practices to connect with the body, regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and make space for rest.

Each session will include invitations for gentle movement, breath practices, myofascial release, restorative postures, and reflection. We will have the opportunity to be in community and connection as we explore the embodied experience of healing.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.
